OK its sounds a lot like you-know-who. But you-know-who haven't had beats this good for about 10 years. You certainly are good at maniplulating those Virtual Reason MSP thingamajiggers. I liked Sliding best.

Some great bass tones in all of these. I enjoyed the first one, especially.

A trio of enjoyable dark crunchy tracks, some good beat manipulation happening in Inguinal. The slow creepy intro to Sliding was great and overall this track delivers the most, I liked the beats a lot. Perineal possibly falls by the weight of being so random, the second half feels more cohesive than the scattered intro. Good stuff though.

thanks to everyone for the nice comments!
@DJ Handbrake: I'd love to be able to manipulate on MSP ;) but really I'm just recording on protools my various hardware gear, check some pics on myspace.com/airbagkillex . . by the way thanks a lot for "OK its sounds a lot like you-know-who. But you-know-who haven't had beats this good for about 10 years." best comment I receive ever :=

yeah nice squelchy beats. Can hear Autechre influence... Good production. Worked really well with the video

This EP reminded me of a minimal version of Venetian Snares' printf("shiver in eternal darkness/n"); album. Kind of sparratic glitchscapes under dark, brooding ambience. All the Mixes sounded great in my headphones. Solid EP - one of the best I have heard yet. Just added u on last.fm and myspace. Peace!! -Chris

I heard potential in the yotube video but can't say I'm a fan of these tracks. I can hear influence but it lacks the interest of the original artists. track 2 for example has some good sounds but the beat sequence is not fast or drilly enough to be interesting. was hoping for some dubstep if i'm honest.

Is this a work based on your personal experiences with the various types of hernia??? Sliding pretty nice and oppressive. Interesting that none of it was MSP'd (there's hope for MSP-fobics everywhere!).
